Why most applicants get rejected for government scheme loans

Government schemes route through regular banks and NBFCs, not a separate government lending desk. The bank still checks CIBIL score, income documentation and business viability the same way it would for any commercial loan. The subsidy or guarantee reduces the bank's risk; it does not remove the underwriting process. Most rejections happen because the applicant assumed the scheme itself guarantees approval, and skipped basic documentation like Udyam registration, GST filing, or a clear business plan. Talk to Guhan Capitals before applying; we route applications to the bank most likely to approve your specific profile under the scheme you qualify for.
